Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Carfolio (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use

RMDN STUDIOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription ("Carfolio Pro").

• Features: Subscriptions allow access to cloud sync, unlimited vehicle slots, and ad-free usage.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Use the App in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (vehicle data, photos, documents) you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to provide the App's services to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RMDN STUDIOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Carfolio name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of RMDN STUDIOS.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL BE PERMANENTLY PRESERVED (ALTHOUGH WE TAKE REASONABLE BACKUPS).

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RMDN STUDIOS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMDN STUDIOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the App, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Terms within the App or on our website.
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RMDN STUDIOS operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
