Terms of Use - Qibla Finder

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and RMDN STUDIOS ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Qibla Finder mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not: Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Qibla Finder offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Payment & Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing & Canceling

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings:
Apple Users: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Android Users: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

3. Premium Features

Ad-Free Experience: Enjoy the App without any advertisements.
AR Qibla Direction: High-precision augmented reality overlay using your device's camera.
Exclusive Themes: Access to premium geometric designs and visual themes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Qibla Direction Accuracy: The direction provided is for reference only. While we strive for precision, we recommend verifying with local religious authorities for precise orientation.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RMDN STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
