The Holy Quran Application

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and RMDN STUDIOS ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the The Holy Quran mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not: Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The Holy Quran offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on your
device:
Apple Users:
1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select The Holy Quran Pro and choose Cancel Subscription
Android Users:
1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Select The Holy Quran Pro and tap Cancel subscription
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any price changes before renewal.
If offered, any free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may vary.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
Apple Users: Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
Android Users: Refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RMDN STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
This EULA is supplemental to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA shall prevail. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at: Apple Standard EULA.
If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
